Only problem is Rick will spend the rest of the money trying to track down the guy that cheated him.
Knowing Rick if given an opportunity he’ll find a way to put his self in financial ruin again $100 at a time.
Wow Rick, thank goodness you’ve got folks watchin’ out for you and your inheritance. Good thing someone thought of putting a governor on your spending. The only problem this means is that CMS is gonna be back and more clever next time.
