Good Monday morning! Hope you had a great weekend!!!
I will probably type that nonsensical sentence into about 5 or emails today. Not that I don’t really mean it, it’s just that no one is going to say “Hey, I did have a great weekend. Ken really cares!! What a guy.” It’s more like “Oh, email from Ken. Great this is going to be a pain in my ass. Blah, blah…great weekend…blah, blah blah”.
With you, oh gentle reader, I really do care. I want you to know if you had a bad weekend, I’m here for you. Rick is too. If there’s anything we can do…really. (EDIT: This was the part where I intentionally was going to add a link for you to submit your bad weekend story. But the reality is that the link would have brought you to a site that crashed your computer. I’m telling you this, because if you have a sick sense of humor, you would have laughed at someone who clicked the link and crashed their computer – unless it was you and you’d want to kill me – or at least hurt me and I don’t want any of that…)
Anyway! On with the Darndest Darn Blog!
We’ve established today is Monday and I had an AWESOME weekend getting the strip illustrated. I actually got six days done and four more set up to illustrate. It takes a little bit to set them up, so I got that out of the way. That means in the mornings while you’re still sleeping, I’ll be hard at work inking these puppies up.
I think I have a great week lined up. The strips aren’t so much funny (are they ever?), as they are designed to move the story along with Winchester, and finishes the week with a double sized strip! You see??? SIZE DOES MATTER! I SAY SO!!! Monday and Tuesday are double sized as well which I thought was necessary to help tie the storyline up and build some intrigue. That’s right! I SAID INTRIGUE!!!
