Rick The Stick – a comic on the Interwebs

S.C.U.F. stands for State College University in Florida – where Milton attends, well, college. Rick follows him around the campus the entire day and generally keeps him company. Rick is not a believer in higher education – at least not yet. Regardless, he’s interested in some of the activities of college – specifically being a lifelong fan of the football team. As a side note, the football team hasn’t won more than a game in over 20 years.
