My Tater Helmet is a limited edition. It's smells like tater tots - but not from me. I'm beginning to wonder if that's part marketing too.Messaging

Good morning!

Oh hey. What’s up? I just realized why I’ve felt so busy lately… This is what I’ve worked on over the last month…

Daily:
Creating these awesome blog posts, creating something some people might call webcomics, twittering three times a day about the comic, Facebook posts twice a day and sketching (whenever I can). That’s just the daily part.

I’ve also designed, completed and ordered flyers, business cards, banner, the 154 page book and book cover, upgraded the website and customized the look and developed some new calendar wallpapers.

That’s al done without taking much time away from my family. When my son is awake, 80% of the time I’m with him and my wife. Just thought it was interesting…

Thanks for dropping by!
Ken

Love the inclusion of Rick’s eyebrows to add that element of expression to him. I’d say he’s been hit right between the eyes with the marketing. What better way to kick off this season than with some motivation by our favorite character.

Really enjoy the blog, sounds like you’ve been a busy beaver but your priorities are right and spending time with that family. It seems we never get as much time as we want with family anymore, it’s always something trying to pull us away. The years go by so fast as those little ones grow up, it’s unbelievable.

Can’t wait for the book to come out. Also I should have the Warhol shirt in tomorrow or Friday (fingers crossed). Love the Super Rick Shirt, really cool and simple design.

Thanks Todd – can’t wait to see the Warhol shirt!!

My 4 names for today for Rick’s home town: Stickville, San Sketchewan, Summersville, Smithland

It wasn’t until after I typed them that I realized all were S names. I may lower my initial proposal of 4 per day to 4 to 5 per week and pace myself. Hurt my brain a little today trying to think of a few. :)

Crap, sorry Ken, just read your response from yesterday and the blog more closely “3 submissions per person”….Well that’s what I get for not reading closely, should have listened to my teachers in school they warned me about that. My 3 best are:

    New Gainseville, Spudsville, and Stickville

So friday I had my first taste of foot ball for the season at a pre season game in RJS (hey thats one letter away from RTS). Great club seats, no rain though it looked to do so. An my lovely GF. What more can a guy ask for, OH yeah for the BUCS to WIN.

Anyhow RTS is ready steady freddy for some foot ball

RJS doesn’t hold a candle to the Taters stadium! Okay maybe it is a little better – but do they sell TATER TOTS in the concession stand? I THINK NOT!
