Good morning!
Some news – I’m working on some things to make the comic available for mobile phones. It’s already available on an App for the Android and I’m waiting on submission status on one for the iPhone, but I’m also exploring getting the website mobile friendly. The comic isn’t showing up, but I’m working on it.
The big news is I’m going to announce the ‘Guest Star’ contest next Monday. I just need to decide on how long it should last and whether to open it up to voting or use some other measurement. Hmmmm. I took today off so I’ll be creating the graphics for it. I hope I can contain myself until then!
Thanks for dropping by!
Ken

He needs his rubber ducky as a floatation device in case the boat tips.
Haha, his head works that way too!
As the father of a few young kiddies, I can tell you the variety of rubber ducks out there is amazing. There’s probably even a stick rubber ducky!
You’re not lying Dan. Who knew duckies were so versatile!
Why is Rick settling for only a Row-boat. We just saw him not but a month ago in a NASCAR racing circuit, his money can get him more than that. Rick, call those boat thingy people back up and tell them you want a Yacht to get in touch with your inner stick man.
I guess if you do want to go with simplicity, and get away in a very serene nature, I’d recommend an Ocean Kayak. I fear that with a row boat that still leaves too much room for Rick to try to cram too much crap in it with him. Also, the idea of Rick in a boat out at sea by himself bothers me some what. I’m afraid he might get lost at sea, or worse yet lose his oars and be at the mercy of the current. Maybe he could sneak a Rubber Ducky or two into the boat inside his hair. I guess the good think about Rick’s build is that in the case of a tip over his head would probably make a great flotation device.
Dude, I’m excited about the possibility of an App for the iPhone. I already read it on my iPhone via email every morning before I come into the office, but having an app would be so awesome.
I can’t wait until next Monday to see what the “Guest Star” challenge is. Length of the challenge, and how it is measured is going to depend on the challenge itself, either way we will all be too happy to participate, and will greatly accept the challenge.
Haha – good stuff as usual Todd. And you’re right on top of everything – well mostly everything – wait until you see tomorrow’s strip!
I’m very excited for the Guest Star promo too!! I’ll be working on the graphics today.
Wow… rubber duckies and boat thingies and comcics on cell phones. This could get a little challenging for us who are technologically retarded. Great job.
Fear not Mr. Gatorhead, Rick’s home will always be here for the technophobes that like to catch it! I also have a lot planned for the site making it easier on the eyes. If you or anyone has any suggestions, I’d love to hear them! Thanks as always for dropping by!!
I never make suggestions on anyone else’s site. I mostly have people who feel sorry for an old feeble minded man and help me with mine.
