Rick the Stick #495
Good morning!!
Hey! It’s Friiiiiday! WOOOHOOO! Only 4 strips left before the big 500!
I’ve actually concepted out the strips written them and started inking Monday’s. I’d like to get them all done this weekend, but some of the art may be a little challenging and I don’t want to rush it. Stay tuned!
Today’s comic features a character drawn by my nephew Kyle who is pretty awesome and comments on the comics pretty frequently lately. I’m encouraging him to keep drawing. He’s promised to send me some of his artwork. If he keeps it up, I’m gonna set him up with his own site – that would be a lot of fun.
I did another tshirt if you’re interested. I thought this was a good idea. Maybe not.

Howdy Cletus, glad to see your appearance we’ve been waiting for you. Wow what a phenomenal experience you got to witness. I like the way this week ended, can’t wait for next week and the run to #500. Wow only 5 more to go, is it just poetic timing that #500 will fall on a Friday (the end of a week long story arc), or what.
You know what would be cool, when Rick’s Super Stickman have the hover over as Super Stickman. Not sure if it’s worth the time if the story arc is wrapping up soon though. Great story this week.

Good idea on the hover image, but the graphic is static. I wish I could switch it out, but Super would be on all the hovers on all the older comics too.
