The new header is up on the website (if you’re reading this via RSS or email) – check it out if you get a chance! It looks like Rick is getting a little bit territorial!
Wow Milton looks a lot younger now. I noticed it the other day but now that you see his facial features more and his body in a closer shot he looks a lot younger. Can you send a little 3.0 my way, I’m starting to show my age too much, I’d like a little bit of that 3.0 youth cream.
Rick is getting very territorial. Wonder what he’ll do to regain the attention upon himself. Maybe he can dress in the Tator Suit and go on Murphywood Idol. The last panel is hilarious, Milton and Rick have some of he best banter. Very funny stuff Ken.
Noticed Rick’s mohawk has changed in color in this strip, it’s coming across a bit more gray. Man I really like the new header. Everything looks really sharp, you’re doing great stuff with the design of the site.
Rick will have his chance to upstage Super Stickman. The mohawk’s color was a mistake. The technical explanation is that Illustrator sometimes defaults to black CMYK which in RGB turns into a dark, dark gray.
I’m amazed and how B&W can change when you add gray into the mix. Once you changed the mohawk back to a darker black it made the text bubbles not seem as heavy. Man the optic nerve is a cool thing.
Milton definitely looks much younger than a college age kid now. Looks more like late Junior High early high school.
That’s pretty fascinating to know about the color defaults in Illustrator, I don’t think it’s TMI at all. Just noticed it was definitely different and wasn’t sure if that was a change for Rick or what. Really like the black, black mohawk better.
Today’s strip seemed to have a bit more weight to the feel of everything, the lines seemed heavier around the text bubbles, but that may just be me. I am a bit off my game right now with this bronchial crap.
You just changed the Mohawk didn’t ya? That was wild. I was looking at it, then commented and when I scrolled backup the color was changed. Wild man…wild.
It’s funny when you say something you know you shouldn’t have as it’s coming out of your mouth and you realize you need to stop or cover your tracks right away!

Thanks Todd – you think too young?

I fixed the color in his hair earlier and you may be picking up the darker background lines. Just a guess on the last part.

Funny, I commented before reading this post. It is wild!
