Can I say that I’m glad the weekend is over? Please? Don’t hate me – I’m just glad it’s over. I drove up to Gainesville to help move a friend. It was hot, and let’s just say – he HAD A LOT OF STUFF TO MOVE! Regardless, I had a good time and very little sleep, and less time recovering. Ugh.
Speaking of which, moving on to the Weight Update! The Rick the Stick Diet is winding down – the last weigh in is this week. Here were the stats from Friday, July 24th, 2009.
Starting weight: 273.6 (March 6th)
Current weight: 223.2 (week 17)
Weekly loss: 3.4
Total Loss: 50.4 lbs
Goal weight: 222
Remaining to lose: 1.4 (5 days from today)
Goal date: 7/31/09

Ok now I’m confused, who is Milton speaking to, what’s going on? From what I can tell based on the archives there’s no link between Milton and Winchester, but sometimes things aren’t what they seem in RTS world. Wonder what Stick Shielding sequence consists of, putting up one of those large lollipops like you see around Christmas time to allow Rick to hide behind.
Okay first I feel ya on the Moving thing. I helped a friend move and we had to cope with rain and such as well as people still coming into the store. My back isnt 100% but hey I did it and its done YAY.
Now to RTS. WHAAAAAA maybe Milton works with Mary Shannon (http://tinyurl.com/kroqg3) in the Marshal WitSec program. YEAH YEAH. Is it time to don a fat suit an be come rick the ball instead of rick the stick. Who knows what is going on. hmmmmmmmm…
