| Milton decided he couldn’t handle the responsibility of being SuperStickman’s sidekick or semantics for that matter! | |

Good morning!
SPECIAL SITE BULLETIN! I will be upgrading the website to the all new and improved WordPress ComicPress 2.8 this weekend. The look of the site may be rough for the next week or so. I appreciate your patience. Be honest though – you’re here for the hugs, aren’t ya?? I put together September’s calendar wallpaper. I already posted the sketch of Rick as SuperStickman last Friday, here’s the other character I’m featuring – her name is Daisy. I’ll set up the wallpaper the last week of the month. If you’re in the need of some for this month, you can check it out here.
Rick is racing Daisy – not sure why, but I thought it might get a chuckle. These wallpapers are going to be nonsensical.
Thanks for dropping by!
Ken

Subdivisions are nothing to underestimate, neither are dirty drain pipes! Daisy looks like a fun opponent for Rick, looking forward to the new wallpaper!
Milton will come around. The comparison of the subdivision to a dirty drainpipe is pretty funny, considering Rick can be viewed as the pipe cleaner to clean it out with his skinny little body and tall hair.
Looking forward to the wallpaper and the intro of Daisy. She’s got wheels on the front of her walker, a definite advantage over Rick already.
Rob: Daisy’s has a little attitude. Maybe a little “Crunchy”esque?
Todd: Pipe cleaner…hmmm…interesting!
I was dying to use HOA (home owner’s association) in some fashion, but the acronym isn’t that commonly used and alas, not that funny. I was going to have Rick keep getting the meaning of HOA wrong or something like that. Sigh.
Ken,
You could have Rick doings something with ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now) and getting it mixed up with the actual Nut. Something along the lines of ACORN is trying to rally support for something so they need help “ACORN needs local help” – Rick interprets it as the ACORN nut needs help and starts thwarting squirrels as they attempt to harvest for winter.
Niiiiice!!!
