Good morning
Hope everyone had a great weekend! I did – Friday was especially awesome as we celebrated my son’s first birthday. What an incredible year and wonderful experience!!! I’ll find some new things to give updates about this week.
Here it is – the FINAL Weight Update! The Rick the Stick Diet is done – the last weigh was Friday. Here are the final stats:
Starting weight: 273.6 (March 6th)
Current weight: 221.4 (week 18)
Weekly loss: 1.8
Total Loss: 52.2 lbs
Goal weight: 222
Goal date: 7/31/09
VICTORY!
Time to move on – right?

Wow, out since last Wednesday and a lot has happened in RTS and in Ken’s world.
The secret lair and the protection group still gives me the feeling of a dream sequence unfolding, but you never know in the world of Web Comics where the stories are going to lead, that’s what makes them so fascinating.
Love the last panel in today’s strip, with the extension of a line off of Milton’s eyes his whole facial expression changes to one of disgust and control.
Ken, Congrats on the 2 success stories in your life over he weekend, the weight loss and goal and the 1st Birthday of your son. Both are huge events and I know made for an awesome weekend.
Milton needs to cut RTS some slack. When was the last time Good Ole Milty was shot at or stuffed in a trunk or robbed of his candy by young manson clan. Really. Back up off him buddy.
