Rick The Stick – a comic on the Interwebs

On 9/21/2010 Ken posted the following in his daily post.  I’m reposting it so it will stay relevant and won’t get buried in the archives so that it will still be up each day for readers.

Exciting news if you haven’t heard! You can now get Rick the Stick comic collections in iTunes! Starting with a FREE preview click here! I got the news Friday and after a whirlwind weekend and just squeezing in Monday’s comic post I forgot to add it in the Damndest Damn Blog! DOH! Future (modest) pay editions will include around 100 comics for .99¢. There will also be additional content and links to Freebies not available anywhere else!! SWEET!

This brings me to my next note – after looking back at the old comics, I’m thinking that I would go back and redraw and rewrite some of the strips I liked best. Then I thought “why not do requests”?! I’d like to hear from more people. So here’s the deal: if you request a comic remake – I’ll send you a signed copy of the original and redone comic and a Rick the Stick sticker. The more you request the better the prizes will be – and more copies you get – up to 5!!

I’ll also be posting the remakes while I’m on a brief sabbatical (Drab baby #2 is due at Thanksgiving) so this will give me a chance to build a baby buffer. NICE!

So get your requests in starting today. You can email me directly or just post on the page you think the comic could use a face lift!
