Deputy McTrust

Deputy McTrust, was brought in by Winchester to test Rick’s ability to handle a real-life situation on his life. He was introduced as Super Stickman’s assistant, which turned out to be a role he really liked. His past is undisclosed (in particular, why he’s also known as Jake to Winchester) but he played the part flawlessly and really earned both Super Stickman and Rick’s trust.

Dan the Stickman

Dan is a Cartoon Actor’s agent. He is very successful and rich and doesn’t have a problem telling everyone about it. In fact, he wanted to be even more unique so he stood out wherever he went. This led him to surgery (graphic enhancement) ultimately turning him into a perfectly symmetrical stick figure. The problem is – he didn’t know there was one more stick figure left in the world. Now he wants to have that distinction and will do anything to make sure that happens.

Mindy Manner

Rick’s Aunt Mindy is a brilliant former lawyer-turned-stay-at-home mom and has a part-time job as an online lawyer/consultant. She decided she wanted to work from home one day and that was it. She is the tie that binds the Manner household together.

Marvin Manner

Rick’s Uncle/Milton’s father who is the half-brother of Rick’s mother. Marvin Manner is a partner at a company that invented toilet bowl wax. Toilet bowl wax – if you remember – was responsible for the Ty-D-Bol man’s unfortunate drowning. The accident occurred when he couldn’t dock his boat because of the non-stick surface. His attempts in vain to get out resulted in his boat capsizing – and well – the rest is history…

Joy Phull

This is the second (and last) week of character biographies. If you look under the ‘New Readers’ drop down in the menu, you can see the other characters biographies.

Joy is the girl that Rick has always fantasized himself being with. Unfortunately, in the past she would tease him by indicating she’s interested (mostly for his money), but most times she fails to remember who he is. She has a secret benefactor who may be the head of the CMS and has often unwittingly been used to lure Rick into plots to kill him.

Wants: To be rich, stay beautiful and have a unicorn or worst-case scenario, a pony. Preferably a pink unicorn.

Flaws: Vain, not bright.

Winchester Havercamp

A former assassin, Winchester Havercamp was a body guard for the Queen of England and stunt-double for cartoon character Captain Caveman. He was also Rick’s grandfather’s confidant and promised to protect Rick until he was able to protect himself – and was paid handsomely in advance based on that promise. Rick’s grandfather therefore bequeathed Winchester’s services to Rick. What Winchester didn’t count on was Rick being such a mess. Now he fears having to look over Rick for his entire life.

Wants: To keep Rick safe. To retire once he’s sure Rick is going to be okay.
Fears: He will fail – or be unable to retire.
Flaws: He has a tendency to be a little sarcastic. He lets Rick try to do things on his own – despite knowing the consequences and predictably the outcome.

Despite his brutish caveman appearance, he is highly educated and speaks with an English accent. He doesn’t always show himself, but is often (sometimes regrettably) there when Rick needs him most.

Molly Waldring

Rick’s got a new girlfriend and partner in bickering. Molly’s extremely smart, but usually feeds Rick’s fears with some of her own. She’s focused on saving the planet – claiming it speaks to her. She would like to have a modest (read huge) wedding and have children (read a lot) – both are things Rick has no interest in.

Occupation: Student/Manages concessions stand at SCUF sporting events

Wants: The earth to be green. Literally. She also dreams of a big romantic wedding and kids – lot of them. To be a homemaker.
Fears: Fast food, pollution, dust mites, germs, killing the earth and soccer balls. Getting old without being married with children.
Flaws: She’s secretly very ambitious and would work for a large corporation – even if they polluted – as long as they paid her very well.

Milton Manner

Milton is Rick’s closest friend and cousin. Milton is patient, usually the voice of reason and always there for Rick. Milton is extremely smart and could have gone to school anywhere but chose State College of University in Florida because it was in his hometown and loved their engineering program. After discovering that he was really passionate about sports, decided that he would do duel majors and added Sports Management. He interns with the school’s football program in the Sports Information Department.

Wants: To be reading right now. To be rich, and get rich winning at fantasy sports. He also would secretly like to find a girl who can cook like his mom.
Fears: That he’s going to have to rely on/live with Rick for the rest of his life. Losing to Rick in fantasy sports.
Flaws: Can’t stop gambling on fantasy sports, is shy with women, tends to get caught up in Rick’s schemes, and he REALLY loves his mom’s cooking.

Super Stickman

Super Stickman is Rick’s alter ego. When Rick takes a blow to the head, Super Stickman usually appears – and he’s everything Rick’s not.

Occupation: Superhero
Lineage: Stickman
Wants: The world to be safe, free from hunger and food – lots of it. Saving the world makes a stickman super hungry.
Fears: Not being able to save someone – having to fix Rick’s messes.
Flaws: Germs. Hates anything yucky.

Note: Even though Rick hates Super Stickman, the feeling is not mutual.
