Good morning!
Hope everyone had a great weekend! This week’s strips are a continuation of last week’s Inheritance theme and how that money is burning a hole in Rick’s pocket – if he had pockets that is. Regardless, he’s set his sights on buying the North Pole and conceivably (at least in his eyes) parlayed that into a chance to FINALLY get some 1-on-1 time with Santa. Rick’s meeting with Santa last year included a grappling hook, lots of rope and him repelling out of the rafters at the mall. You can see some of Rick’s escapades with Santa by clicking here.
Although we took a two week hiatus last month, this week I’m actually off on vacation – the comics’ll keep comin’ – but the blog posts will be sparse since I’m soaking up the sun over on the East Coast. NICE! BTW – first day on vacation and my 2YO son is sleeping in past 8am. That’s a record, and well figures – since I’m up.

Sounds like Rick has a plan. If he is able to pull this off see if he can get me an appointment with Santa. I really would like to have him correct that awful mistake he made with my gift back in 1957.
It is never too early to start planning for the holidays! heehee!
