I hate when you call somewhere and spend 5 minutes entering your info only to have the person pick up and ask you for the same information. GRRRRRR!

    Man, CMS is everywhere.

    You got to love this, the continual “This is Customer Service” response…yeah, I got that when you answered the phone “Customer Service, how may I help you?” Definitely not Customer Service that’s for sure, think she needs to start answering the phone, “I picked up the phone, if it’s not related to me I’m not going to answer your question, so what do you want?” Why in the world would she transfer him to Technical Support for a list of charities either, man CMS is messed up.

    I think I may have called this company before, their phone etiquette does seem familiar.
